Returns

At True Craft Apparel, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items if they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

Send requests to: support@truecraftapparel.com

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom-made after purchase, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color selection changes
  • Buyer preference changes

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
